I have used 1Cover for about 15 years and needed to claim three times and it was always an easy process to claim. Over the years I’ve recommended 1Cover to a lot of friends and they’ve all been so happy they’ve used them every trip

I've always used 1Cover for my overseas travel. i've never had to make a claim until recently.. and i am so impressed with the promptness of reply to phone calls and also emails/helpful and friendly advice/promptness of settlement of claim etc. i am recommending 1Cover to everyone... i am totally impressed and grateful.

We all live very busy lifestyles, so its good to know that you can get travel insurance very quickly and easly in just a few steps. And if something does go wrong, they handle it very quickly and efficiently. Wish everything was this easy.

Have used 1Cover on our past four overseas holidays, we've never had to claim luckily enough so we've never had a claim experience, an insurance company is only as good as its says it is when it comes to paying out on a claim

I had to cancel an Asian trip due to last minute surgery. I made my claim with 1 cover and just simply provided bank statement for flights etc and cancelation confirmation and a letter from my dr. Within a couple of days the money was in my account. It makes me feel confident that I can travel and know these guys will really look after me and not try and hold out. I will definitively continue to use them

I was robbed in Bali,no immediate help then no coverage as my wallet was taken not cash on me even though my wallet in same vicinity. Having the policy did not help me!

I have taken out travel insurance with 1 Cover on a number of occasions. I have found their premium pricing competitive. My first experience in a claim was handled efficiently and professionally. Overall a very good experience with this company and I will continue to use them in future travel.

Absolutely fabulous service from 1Cover. Quick, easy with refunds provided in a timely fashion. Instead of dealing with many people during the claim process you have one dedicated claim manager. I would highly recommend this cover for a holiday which includes flights, accommodation and a overseas cruise. For our future family holidays this insurance will be the 1!!!

We applied for a refund and within 3 days we received a notification that the refund was already transferred to our bank account.

This is by far the quickest and most hassle free travel insurance we have ever tried.

Thankyou so much to 1cover who covered our recent cruise after hitting cyclone conditions. I chose 1cover because they came highly reccomended for cruising and took out the additional cruise cover for our family. To be able to speak to a consultant in an emergency was so reassuring when away from home and we found 1cover to be incredibly supportive and efficient. They covered our whole family's emergency experience and the claim experience was fairly straight forward. I would definately use 1cover again for our families future travel.
