I have used 1Cover for travel insurance for my wife and I ,twice now including one claim and they were excellent , the claim was settled in full and very quickly and I will be using them again for our next trip.

I used 1 Cover for the first time & found that it was easy to purchase, value for money & any queries were answered promptly by customer service. Regarding claims I cannot rate it as I did not need to make any claim.

I have not made a claim so can't rate 1 cover in that department, but everything else was seamless and easy to use. Will definately use them again

Rates well in industry comparisons, have sourced and used twice now though yet to make a claim. Would recommend without hesitation.

I never used to have travel insurance till my husband found out & said I have to have it just in case. I found 1 cover to be simple & value for money for a bit of peace of mind. I haven't had to claim anything but feel happy now knowing I am protected . Thank you 1 Cover :)

Always happy not to have to make a claim. I feel confident that if I did, you would act quickly and efficiently. Am happy that age doesn't have a detremental effect on premium at this stage as compared to other companies your policy is very affordable.. I hope this continues!!

I have used 1cover 3 times and recommended it to family, friends and fellow travellers many times. I have not found a company with as comprehensive a coverage as 1cover which gave my mother who has a pre-existing illness peace of mind knowing she would be covered during her travel. So far I have not had to claim so I am not able to comment on that part.

Have purchased Travel Insurance with 1 Cover both thru customer service (1) and online (2) , both methods very efficient. Have not had the need to test claims (thank goodness!) but would definitely recommend this product.

My second policy with 1Cover. No claim experience but really appreciate the way they stay in touch. Nice personal touch, comforting to know they are paying attention. About to book next years Holiday & take an anual policy with 1Cover.

Cheaper by far, for same Cover other Travel Insurance companies provide. Easy online purchase, and they give details on cover provided, very clearly with no hidden clauses.
