The cover was pretty much exactly the same as everyone else's. I could get cover for an existing chronic condition which was pretty much the whole point of getting cover.

1Cover was easy to purchase and the comprehensive cover gave me confidence that if i had an issue when overseas they would help me resolve it.

Features for its price is great value . Will stick to 1Cover for travel insurances. Definitely well worth recommending to others

Its so easy to book online and not confusing. You then print it out. One less thing to worry about. No need to shop around as they're good products

I've never had reason to make a claim but 1Cover has been helpful when contacted for other matters and are always prompt in their response.

Insuring with 1Cover is quick, simple and good value. I made a claim and that process was straightforward and efficient.

We recently took out insurance with One Cover, although we didn't have to use it this trip our Son got sick on a previous trip and they looked after us fantastically. We never claimed for medical expenses as they only topped $130.00 and our claims fee was $100, but while we were overseas seeking medical attention they called us daily and gave us advice and followed up to ensure our Son was on the mend. We even received a follow up call once we were back in Australia to ensure he was better. Will always use One Cover from now on. Thank you
