We found 1 cover to be very efficient and value for money when purchasing travel insurance and their service for our claim has been great. I will certainly recommend them to my friends in the future.

Great price, great service and prompt claims processing when i had to cancel our holiday due to unexpected surgery.

They should have clearly started in the policy the limit to amount that can be claimed! No visibility on this

I made a claim as I was injured overseas and within 2weeks my claim was approved and funds deposited for my out of pocket expenses into my bank account. I will be telling all of my family and friends of the great service I received. Thanks again 1Cover.

Hired a car in Italy, returned with damage (parking lot accident) couldn't identify other driver. Had to pay for repairs. Made a claim, provided details of my claim money appeared in my account within less than a week

We purchased domestic Winter package for a ski trip, quite reassuring. My only complaint as I was nicely asleep on holidays (quite a novelty as a rotational shift worker) was the text that woke me at 3:10am offering an opportunity to extend my cover if we were staying longer. While I'm all for good communication the timing of this message was not appreciated.

I didn't need any insurances, I was happy if i needed it then 1Cover would have been there for me.

I have for when i travel. Have never had to use it yet. So its got to be good

So easy right from the beginning & great that I received a reminder to extend insurance if I was staying longer (which sadly I wasn't)

I was disappointed that we couldn't cancel our cruise insurance when no longer required. There was plenty of time left.

Always good from beginning until the end of the trip / cover.
When claim was necessary 1Cover performed very well too.
