I was in Bali when the volcano started to erupt and the airport shut , so I was stuck in Bali so I contacted 1Cover and explained everything and they were very understanding and a great help, which gave us peace of mind that we were covered . Thanks very much.

The website is very easy to follow. The policy I chose had everything I needed, plus more. Very competitive in price. I would definitely recommend 1 Cover, and will purchase from them again when I take my next holiday.

I've used 1cover for many years and had a great experience with them. I recently had to extend my trip and therefore my cover. The only way to do this is by calling their Australian number or email. I tried calling the number, but their call centre was very busy, so I emailed. It was easy enough to request to extend my cover, but when it came to paying for the additional cover, the only option was to send my credit card via unsecured email. I had no choice but to comply, but I will not be using them in future, as I do not feel they take my privacy seriously.

Whenever I travel, I have always insured with
1Cover. I have never had to claim until recently. Due to a family crisis, I was unable to go on my European River Cruise. The staff were absolutely wonderful. They were caring, understanding and assessed my claim quickly. I highly recommend
1Cover and will continue to use this company with great confidence. Thank you.

I recently purchased travel insurance with 1 Cover Insurance. The policy stated that I was covered for flight cancellations. Unfortunately my flight was cancelled due to volcanic activity in Indonesia. When I called to enquire about making a claim I was advised that the policy was invalid. I was advised that 1 Cover had stated this on their home page however there is notification to this affect and I have taken screen shots to prove this. At no time during the purchase process was this advised and despite the policy not being valid I was still sold the insurance.

This is clearly miss leading and a breach of contract.

I needed to submit a travel claim due to the death of a family member. I completed the form online and the money was refunded within 1 day. I can't spak more highly of 1 cover

Luckily we didn't get stuck in Bali so didn't need to claim, but twice I did need to call them - once to change details, and the second time to pre-empt a possible claim.

Both times I got through to speak to someone within a minute which is amazing given they would have had a high number of calls to deal with at the time from the Bali volcano issue.

My wife and I have insured with 1Cover on our world travels for a number of years now. We found them to be very convenient, very professional, and very efficient when it comes to claims. We strongly recommend 1Cover travel insurance for everyone and anyone contemplating travel insurance. They have lovely staff to deal with.

1Cover appeared to be excellent value for money and organising cover online was easy. Thankfully I did not have to make a claim.

Claiming was not too difficult I just had to send more documentation which took time but over all I was satisfied
