Order online it was great. Even when i made a mistake customer service was able to help and fix it.

Whenever I travel I ALWAYS choose 1Cover. I have had other insurance quotes, some cheaper, but prefer 1Cover had more inclusions.

We were travelling Hong Kong to Sydney via Singapore. There were issues with plane in Hong Kong we missed our connecting flight in Sydney and had to rebook next day plus overnight in Sydney. Tried to claim $600 told not possible because technical issue. Disappointed with service

I didn't go on my Bali holiday, due to the lovely 1Cover not covering me for the volcano and not warning me as a pop when I purchased the insurance. Just after buying my holiday. Will never ever use this company again. Need to be more upfront when it comes to paying for cover.

Very disappointing Travel Insurance. Did not cover any travelers for the one week delay stuck in Bali. Accepted our money on 15 October for travel insurance and not once sent an sms, email, no notification that while in Indonesia we would not be covered for any delays due to Volcanic disruption. When applying for travel insurance I put that I was traveling to Indonesia but apparently there was a tiny warning on the front web page, missed by thousands of travelers. Very poor form. The reason people take out travel insurance is for this very reason. Will not use again, and will never recommend. Very disappointed!

Have taken out two other policies for upcoming trips but not with you because others have quoted lower prices with same cover. Loyalty means little these days.

The choice is simple and was demonstrated on my cruise last week (10/12) when a passenger needed to be airlifted from the ship with serious health issues. Just to show these things can happen. 1 week later as the Spirit was 1 day out on its next cruise the exact same thing happened. The process is easy and extraordinary value 5 star

Will use for my next trip. My son had type 1 diabetes, didn't need to claim but happy with 1Cover.

Easy online application. No fuss insurance that provides great cover. I took out domestic insurance as it saved me having to pay additional insurance to the car rental company.
