Even though I didn't need to claim insurance just knowing that if something had gone wrong 1 cover would have been there for me.I was impressed how they kept me fully informed by email.

1Cover offers travel insurance in a variety of packages, eg. can purchase just medical without lost luggage, cancellations etc. Personally I find this suits me very well. I have used 1Cover a number of times and have been quite satisfied and had no problems with the 2 medical claims I made. I find their prices very reasonable, also the fact you can extend your coverage online if you need to. I will use them again.

Travelled to Bali with the mountain situation that was going on. I rung 1Cover to ask a few questions and the person was very helpful.

The process to obtain a cover and pay for the cover online was easy. Didn't need to do a claim, unable to comment on claims experience.

No advice re Bali insurance, no response from managment despite following complaint procedure. Purchased insurance in October, no advice or offer to repurchace in November.

Terrible customer service. Called to enquire about how to make claim and got laughed at and told there was no point in making a claim at all. Had all of my cards stolen and fraud on my card and no funds left while overseas. Shrugged off to the point where I will never deal with this company again. Great until you need to make a claim. Ended up making claim through partners travel insurance who were more than helpful and assisted me straight away, I felt like a burden with 1cover and that was the worst part. Extremely disappointed.

Have used 1 cover on many trips and haven’t had to make a claim as yet but the process of getting insurance is quick and simple and good price.
