good experience booking the travel insurance and although I didn't require claiming anything it gave me peace of mind.

We are now fast approaching retirement and would like to get an annual cover for multiple countries as our travel plans are frenetic. We might be sitting quietly and decide to go away for a few weeks without too much thought. A plan that is flexible without country limitations for the over 60s would be fantastic

Cover was OK. Looking at more cover for 8-day cruise in May so will make contact at appropriate time to check out requirements.

Excellent service. I had to call a few times regarding if i could make a claim because of the bali volcano. When i got home and lodged my claim it was processed far quicker than i thought and received my refund very promptly. Would recommend you to family and friends. On my next overseas holiday i know which insurance company i will be using.

Customer service was efficient and timely, this was our first ever claim after using 1cover regularly over many years. Good value for money.

Excellent customer service. Answered all my questions and gave me options. The customer consultant even gave me time to assess the options and rang me back at an agreed time.

my daughter and I(68) where the initial drivers insured. My daughter (35) was called back to WA from NSW and I was unable to add or change the insured name to my wife (67). This was an inconvenience for us as we wanted to share the car separately.

Very bad, waste of money. What's the point if you do not pay if I have claimed, very upset customer .

Excellent customer service over the phone nothing was a problem. They organised cover for a friend coming for Christmas visit from the Philippines in less than 5 minutes.

I tried calling 1cover from Germany multiple times and the office hours were very limited and the response to my Email very late so that I never got my answer as I needed it. The lady on the phone was nice and helpful, but gave me wrong information about opening hours that day.

The claims experience however was easy and great. Thank you
