I got a quote from NRMA which was hugely expensive so decided to get a quote from InsureandGo. I was impressed and encouraged by all the positive comments- specially Choice. I couldn’t believe the difference in cost and it was all organised with no fuss and efficiency. Thankyou.

Have made a claim with them and they paid up promptly when we provided the right documents.
That's why we are using them for our next trip!

The one time I needed assistance was when I was stranded in transit in Vietnam after the airline cancelled the connecting flight and only offered another 3 days later. Called 1cover. First, the customer service person was hardly comprehensible because of his accent. But he was dismissive anyway in an unsympathetic way. Said this was not covered. Didn't give advice about what really was covered. Kind of pointless insurance and the customer service was not at all helpful or nice.

We recently had to make a claim against our policy for Missed Ports on a NZ cruise. We. were able to submit the claim quickly and easily via the online process. We submitted our claim with the requested supporting documents on a Monday and we were really pleased to receive approval notification on the Wednesday!!

We had a trouble free trip , I don't how to rate zoom as we have never had to claim but it is reassuring to know that we have cover if something should go wrong .

This is the first time I have used InsureandGo for international travel, previously only for domestic travel. I was pleasantly surprised by the quote and then by the way it dealt with medical issues. It was very simple and straightforward and the surcharge was not excessive.

I can't believe this company is allowed to perpetrate such a blatant fraud on consumers. Their PDS outlines cover they have either no capacity to provide or more accurately no intention to honor.

They make up the rules as they go and if you need assistance will just drag it out until the policy expires or you've returned home.

JUST PLAIN CRIMINAL CONDUCT

We recently had to cut our holiday as to floods in the South Island of NZ. I rang 1 Cover, was answered promptly, and courteously which was great. i indicated our policy number, and our details. However when I explained the situation, customer service officer indicated that we were only covered for medical. Initially I was very cross and left it that. However when I got home, I checked the fine print of my cover as we took out the top cover, found it appeared that we would have been covered, due to "disruption of journey". Fortunately all our accommodation, tours etc were immediately refunded by the venues, so there was no issue. However 1 Cover staff should be aware of the physical coverage of their customer's cover before making what appeared to be "Off The Cuff" decisions.
Will still take out Travel Insurance with 1 Cover, but will take policy PDF details with us, so I have the ammunition.

In comparison to other well known Brands offering the same Insurance cover , InsureandGo was more Competitive and because of the Choice ratings I decided to give them a go .

1Cover was suggested by a friend. I did shop around and It was the cheapest and had the more coverage. So what else you can do other than choosing 1Cover.

My daughter and I were devastated to not be able to go on a much planned trip to Bali as we got very sick. 1Cover were fantastic. So helpful and friendly. The claim process was quick and easy and from the day all information was lodged until claim was processed and paid was literally 48 hours! I was literally in awe!
