Purchased Onecover after my daughter experienced a broken wrist while travelling in Canada, and car excess issues in the EU. Knew I could trust them, and happy to spend my money with them after her experience.

Even though I did not make a claim I am sure it would have been been a smooth process as was applying for Travel Insurance..

The P.D.S. confirmed for us that once again my wife and I had chosen wisely for insuring with 1 Cover. We travelled overseas with peace of mind, knowing that we were more than adequately covered in the event of misfortune. Would strongly recommend 1 Cover to every traveller. I will have no hesitation in using the services of 1 Cover again in the future.

Hi I just had a holiday in Bali. Thankfully nothing happened that I needed to make a claim but will use them again when next traveling.

Prompt and personal response to email enquiries. Comprehensive product at reasonable and competitive price; thankfully although there has been no need to make a claim having used 1Cover on three occasions now in the past two years for domestic travel, the product does provide peace of mind. If a claim was to be made and a similar customer experience is provided as per purchasing the policy, I would be suitably impressed.

Very easy to use the website. The returning customer's discount is only small but at least it is there. We have used them about 4 times now.

Customer service were very helpful when I contacted them to extend cover.

So easy to deal with, also the most comprehensive for the cheapest price. While overseas decided to extend stay and they made it soooooo easy to just add on (for $4!!!) using the online chat feature. Thank you so much, haven't had a claim as yet but very impressed while using them the last 5 times overseas

Only concern was the extra premium that I had to pay to cover a pre-existing condition eaven though recent medical examinations have revealed that all is well.

WARNING read the fine print & never take the sales person as honest & that they will explain all. Hi do to unforeseen circumstances we had to cancel our cruise we contacted cover 1 the advise from them was we are not be going to process the claim for you because your reason for cancellation is not valid under our policy criteria . So our claim was not honoured and our insurance cost was not refunded for the insurance policy was not used. This travel insurance company will never be used by us again neither will we recommend to anyone so we were out of pocket for quite a large amount of money not happy.
