I have used 1 Cover now for my past three trips. On each occasion I have found the staff to be extremely helpful and friendly. After doing some checking of other travel insurance rates I have also found their rates to be very competitive. Lucky no claims have had to be made, but peace of mind knowing you are covered is what it is about.

This is the 4th time we choose 1Cover for our travel insurance and if they keep performing in this manner we will selrct them again next year

Very happy with my dealings with 1cover. I've not yet made a claim, but purchasing has been hassle-free and their communications have been friendly, professional and helpful. Value for money also appears excellent.

Due to a death in the family we had to change our travel dates everyone that we dealt with was so sympathetic airlines hotels etcexcept 1cover they showed no sympathy whatsoevere and charged us to change the dates. We didn't need to makes claim due to all other companies just changing flights etc without any cost having insurance with one cover was what cost us. Will never use them again

Easy to compare with other companies, and see where you get value for you money. Did not need to claim, but felt very comfortable with the policy we had.

I guess the most important KPI for any travel insurance company will be measured by the results from a claim, though in our case this was not necessary and we were unable to test their efficiency.

A good product, competitively priced that provides peace of mind. We have used 1Cover for a number of overseas trips. When we had reason to claim on one of our trips, the process and outcome was fair and reasonable, with no hidden 'surprises'.

Not sure yet, unfortunately have a claim to make. Was enough stress losing partners bracelet and most of our holiday photos but was made to feel the like the culprit over the phone. The requirements and paper work are a nightmare. Not sure if i will forward the claim but may as well travel without this cover if its so hard! i have recommended you to many others and they have all been happy.

Very easy to organise insurance over the net and very well priced compared to other companies. Great value for money and highly recommend 1Cover to all my friends.

My travel was not undertaken. As previously reported to you on or about 16th August, my wife fell and broke her shoulder. Claim No 10309931 was issued at that time. On 31st August I notified you via Email that her medical condition prevented our travel. As i explained in that Email 90% of my costs were reimbursed. I have been waiing on a reply from you to advise me of what my course of action should be from here on. Regards Peter M
