NEVER HAD A CLAIM OR ANY INTERACTION WITH EMPLOYEES, SO CANNOT RATE ON THESE SUBJECTS. HOWEVER, PURCHASE PRICE WAS ATTRACTIVE AND ON-LINE PURCHASE QUICK AND EASY. 10/10 FOR THIS.THE ONLY PATHETIC BIT IS THAT THE SUBMIT BUTTON ON THIS REVIEW WILL NOT WORK UNLESS I RATE 'CUSTOMER SERVICE ' OF WHICH I HAVE HAD NO ACTUAL EXPERIENCE OR KNOWLEDGE OF !!! IF THEY CAN'T FIX THIS, THEN I WORRY ABOUT HOW A CLAIM MIGHT BE DEALT WITH!!!

Easy online application, previously made a claim and customer service was great, people are helpful, claim p0aid promptly. Have used several times now, will continue to use 1 Cover. Thanks

We only use One Cover. We had one claim in our time due to cancellation costs of a tour in Peru several years ago as we could not take yellow fever vaccination on medical grounds and there was no drama claiming these costs. We also use the insurance for travle in Austrlia to cover the excess on rental cars- much cheaper than the cover offered by rental car companies.

Second time user and I am pleased with the personal assistance on request, good response to information requested when on holiday, easy to lodge claim and reasonably priced.

Have never had to claim from 1Cover so unabel to rate them there but as far as taking out the insurance and the cover given is faultless. Will definately use them again and recommend them.

This is the third time I've used 1Cover for travel insurance. Each time it was easy to arrange, efficient, timely and effective. I haven't had cause to make a claim but have been very happy with the service and will use 1Cover again.

Happy again, have used before and will use on all my travel. No fuss, best value, peace of mind cover for all the family. No claims made as yet so great value means I am getting best dollar value with peace of mind. I have used 1Cover over a number of years. Purchasing cover was always easy. I have made one medical claim. The 1Cover people were helpful and the claim was processed without a problem

Price is excellent , quick & easy on the internet, not had a claim as yet, but I'm sure it will be smooth sailing. Also good for group bookings. Wouldn't look at anyone else while the price is right. I've recommended 1 Cover to a few people, and they are happy with the pricing. as that is what it comes down to when travelling, save money. and getting the same value for your money. Pat Agrela

I initially found it difficult to find an insurance company who would provide travel insurance for my 88 year old father. Then I came across 1Cover and they were very supportive and helpful. Fortunately our travels went very well and there were no mishaps. It was great to have the cover and to know that 1Cover is prepared to provide cover for elderly clients! Thank you.

I have been using 1 Cover for years as the insurance is a good value for money, there are good products to choose from (like Multitrip that covers up to 90 days per trip) and the claim process is very seamless
