When I broke my ankle in Thailand, everything was taken care of so professionally, I actually felt amazed. Amanda who took my emergency call helped me from start to finish and was truly excellent !

I have used 1cover a few times now for overseas travel. Due to a sudden health problem I was forced to cancel a trip to India. Claiming was uncomplicated and payout was within a reasonable time frame

The staff were very helpful and pleasant to speak to. We chose this company as our application form was easy to follow. Having to make a claim was easy and the service was prompt with hardly any waiting to receive our claim payment.

Very quick refund and very helpful . Called from overseas expecting a long wait but was answered quickly and all assistance and information provided. Would recommend to anyone.

The claims process is like a big black hole - no communication from them what so ever, when you ring to follow up they cannot provide any insight

I bought their already overseas cover as I forgot to pay my tickets using my credit card to get my usual complimentary travel insurance. Glad I bought it as something happened to us and we needed to claim. The claim experience was very prompt and straight forward. I would not hesitate to use 1Cover again for my next travel.

You may think you wouldn't need to make a claim, but when you do, all the what if's?? come to mind. You needn't worry with 1Cover!! The claims process was simple, hassle free and easy. Never need to pay the high cost of Rental Car Excess again, just take out 1Cover Travel Insurance and if the need arises, your premium will cover the cost of repairs to the rental vehicle. We were not out of pocket one cent. You also have the bonus of luggage cover and in some cases flight cancellations or reschedules are covered too.

The claim was successful. The staff was pretty efficient and helpful. The money came in the specified time and the amount was pretty fair.
