Was surprised at how easy it was to get my own quote, and I am not much for computer use!

i found this service easy to use, fares were fair, and to be asked my opinion for any improvement, appreciated.

I was absolutely amazed at how quickly my travel claim was processed. And also at the value for money the policy provided. I would highly recommend 1cover to all my friends.

Call centre based in Australia and calls answered promptly.Very good rates,but you don't really know how good an insurance company is until you have a claim

Whilst I did not have the need to make a claim I felt reassured that I had good level of cover at a reasonable cost.

I always use one cover. Really good value for money for my personal requirements.
HOWEVER to this point I have never had to make a claim and as with all insurance companies that will tell the tale if it should ever happen.

Unfortunately, better assessment would result from lodging a claim. However, being a multiple user, a future discount would be attractive.

I didn't make any claim however I found the process of purchasing the product very easy, and covers everything necessary.

Thankfully, I have never needed to make a claim, but I have always used 1Cover for my overseas travel as good value for money and easy and quick to appline on line.

Skeptical initially but when 1Cover guaranteed $6,500 upfront for surgery within hour. I'm now a believe. Never leaving without it.

Quite literally the worst insurer I have ever used. Claims took 6 months process, staff do not return messages and calls. When you talk to someone in the claims department, they do not act on your provided info or put it in notes, rather just ignore it so the saga drags out another month. Utterly frustrated and annoyed and will never use them for any services.
