Unfortunately my husband had an accident on a cruise and had to be removed from the ship to a hospital in Aomori Japan where he remained for two weeks. The assistance we received from Chubb Insurance and their Medical Assistance team in Sydney was amazing. We could not speak or understand the language and the team kept in touch with us and helped us with all necessary arrangements. All our hospital expenses were paid and flights home were arranged and paid for. Other incidental expenses were paid quickly once we arrived home and claimed them. I would highly recommend Australian Seniors Insurance Agency to anyone contemplating a trip.

1 Cover is he best value for money. I have used them for my travel insurance so many times n only had too claim once. Which I was satisfied . Will always take out 1 Cover when I travel

Questions & Pricing was good just a problem lodging at the end needed to redo medical questions. Some questions seem to repeat.

Have policies with you on all my recent trips and plan to book another tomorrow, service is always friendly and courteous. I have heard good reports from friends who have had to make a claim.
One item you have forgotten is I recommended Sheila Hodgson my trave companion in Hawaii and I believe you send a bonus for new cleints.

We recently had to claim on our travel Insurance for an injury which occurred overseas. We received excellent assistance from the help line and good communication from the case managers.

Easy to understand and navigate the website to purchase on line. Have used 1cover for most of our overseas trips

have yet to make any claims from many trips so cannot comment on outcomes. all trips have been clear.

I have been insuring now with 1Cover for more than 10 years. Never once have I had a problem and with only one claim, which was attended too with a high standard of care and concern, I am naturally very happy.

Thankfully on this holiday we did not have to make any claims however on our previous trip to Fiji, where we had a medical emergency and had to return early, 1cover was excellent in refunding our claims. Very happy to use 1cover for all our holiday insurance.
