Got sickness overseas, emailed with a query. No response for 2 days, got told query was forwarded. Never heard again.

Zoom travel insurance are the best. It was the best value for money. Cheaper than the others. You pay for adults and children are free. We had a stint in the hospital during our holiday and I put in a claim when we returned. Claim was resolved and we got every dollar back within 48 hours! Will be using Zoom for all our travel insurance moving forward. Thank you for providing a top grade service!

I recently travelled to the U.S.A. and I needed to see a doctor urgently - this was expensive just for a consultation (US$375). Fortunately I had 1Cover Travel Insurance. I put in a claim for the medical expenses when I came home and the claim was paid in full (less the excess) and promptly. This is consistent with my excellent previous experience with 1Cover - getting a cheap insurance that puts through through the hoops over claims is not worth the saving. I now always use 1Cover.

I damaged my iPad on holiday. Couldn't obtain the purchase receipt. Expected the claim to be declined. Opposite occurred! Wow.

Easy to purchase, got a $20 voucher when my friend took our travel insurance using the promo link I sent. Didn't need to make a claim.

Half way through my holiday to N.Z I was unfortunately hospitalised for a week with Pancreatitis. The team at 1Cover took care of everything for me, even daily calls to see how i was recovering. I have used 1cover before and will be again in the future for all my holidays. The process was genuine. Thanks Dylan.

Disappointed - my baggage was delayed 48 hours so had to shop for essentials to get by. Inconvenienced - unable to do as much as planned. My walking shoes were in baggage and although I did some walking the only shoes I travelled in caused a lot of foot discomfort. !Cover said I was not covered for delayed baggage - only lost baggage. If it was lost for those 48 hours I assume I could have claimed.

I was honest with 1cover and told them about the tests I had last year for atrial fibrillation, results were no fault found, but 1 cover still over charged me and set the excess way too high and coverage way too low. I will be retracting my recommendations I have given to my friends and will not consider ever using 1 cover again

I was covered for everything I needed and it wasn't too expensive. I received the confirmation email and PDS quickly .
