My claim was dealt with quickly and swiftly and there was active communication from 1 Cover Assistance and Claims team throughout the whole process. I was very happy with the service I received. Thanks guys.

Made a claim for lost go pro during travel to Coffs Harbour. Was placed in carry on side pocket of bag and got lost on flight from Perth. When I made a claim I was informed that carry on isn’t covered in standard cover (which means none of your personal and valuable effects are covered during travel). Stay away and save your money on these ones!

I had never experienced a theft while travelling & was extremely distressed. All communication with your personnel was helpful & very courteous throughout the entire process, thank you all for your patience with our claim as we have never made one before.

As soon as I supplied all required documents and a description of the incident, it was approved in a day. Love your company. Will definately book your insurance again for next travel.

We have taken out many 1Cover policies,always speaking to an agent on the telephone. We recently had to make a simple claim,we used snail mail but got an SMS to say documents arrived the next a few days later we found the extra claim amount in our bank, solid service!!!!!!

Sent an email with a link to make a claim at the end of my trip - didn’t need to make one thankfully but was good of them to make sure I’d been okay while I was away, and if I’d wanted to make a claim I would have known where to start.

This was my first experience with claiming anything using Travel Insurance. I've chosen 1Cover from online feedback and happy that real experience met those high ratings. Quick and friendly response from 1Cover. Questions which I had were clearly explained. I was told that claim may be re-opened if required. Excess transferred promptly.

I have always found the customer service excellent until claims were made on my last trip. They took about 5 months to finalise and I was not notified when they were completed, I had to do the calling re this very disturbing especially being the USA

It was unfortunately necessary for me to fly home because of a family emergency. My subsequent claim under the Policy was handled quickly and efficiently on-line with no fuss. First class service!
