I found this insurance company to be good value for money. Everything you would need for insurance seemed to be covered here compared to other companies

Zoom is an Insurance company that cares about its customers, as we have received an email upon return, stating if we want to claim, etc! It had the best value for money as we googled for comparison and we will recommend to other friends and relatives!

I tried buying insurance from one of your reps over email and what a joke. She couldn't give me a detailed invoice so i could bank transfer or give my credit card details over email. Is this the 1900s or what... get it together and get a better way of organising payment. Also 3 days gap is such a joke for residential already overseas! I mean you are already price gouging whats three days. Anyways im stuck with you now and wont be back

Will not cover any items damaged by water, buyer beware... I am sure there are other companies who offer better coverage.

InsureandGo were highly recommended to me when we immigrated to Australia. We required travel insurance for a pre-existing medical condition, which meant many of the big insurers do not provide cover, including Bupa our own healthcare insurer. After an awful experience being robbed in Italy,1cover looked after our needs and covered most of our losses, I hope it never happens again but next time we will keep all our receipts of travel and hotels, that we were inconvenienced by.

Very affordable, easy to choose preferences and good quality cover for every possible situation, I didn't need to use it but I definitely felt safe knowing my insurance was taken very good care of.

When I broke my leg skiing, I was hesitant when my medical expenses were adding up that I had not paid a high enough fee to cover me. After submitting my Japanese Dr letter that had to be translated, I was assured I was covered as recommended within 48 hours. My calls were even answered within a minute of dialing- no wait time! My three kids and I were booked on flights home. Special seats and wheelchair support sorted, meeting the needs for the for severity of my injury.
1 week later I am home, have been guided on submitting my claim for expenses I had to fork out for treatment and required transport at time of injury and even got a call a day after arriving home to make sure all was ok!
Never experienced service like it! Would highly recommend 1Cover to anyone.

I always use 1cover insurance even for domestic travel... peace of mind in case of unforeseen travel glitches with hire car... flights... or accommodation problems... I don't leave home without it
