Competitive rate, easy to book and good to receive an email while away with a reminder to extend the insurance if my return date was delayed.

We were very happy with the quick, efficient and courteous service after bad weather meant we missed a port on our cruise. The claims process could not have been easier and we will make sure we always have the cruise cover component when travelling this way in future.

One of the cheaper ways to get travel insurance when you are already overseas. I had a minor prang in a hire car, my claim was approved within three days and I was reimbursed for my excess within 10 working days.

Quick and easy quote online price was good for our 15 day cruise but we didn’t need to claim so can’t comment on this

I have used 1Cover several times, for travel insurance, & one time I had to cancel the trip due to an injury. After obtaining a medical certificate, I firstly approached the various providers about refunds & I received a variety of refunds that ranged from 100% to nothing. Then I approached 1Cover, & they refunded the balance of all my expenses without any further details from me. They then advised me that I would be receiving the refund within such a short time, that when I received the email, I assumed they were requesting further information. Instead, I was surprised & delighted to read that my claim was accepted, and all outstanding expenses were to be refunded.

Our daughter lost her expensive dental plate while out at dinner when travelling and Zoom Travel took care of reimbursing for the replacement. Alleviated a lot of stress for our family and daughter.

Plane was delayed so I needed an extra day covered ... rang and spoke to a consultant... it was too easy, done with a phone call. Will definitely use 1cover again and will highly recommend your service

I had a fall while skiing in Austria. I made a claim for medical expenses using the online form and I was notified that my claim was approved within 10 days with the money transferred to my bank account. The claims process was not difficult. When I was looking for ski travel insurance 1 cover was also the best value for money. I will use 1 cover again and recommend to my friends.
