The new policy experience was hassle free and the price was very good. Hopefully I won’t ever need to review the claims process

I had to make a travel insurance claim for my recent trip and the service was prompt, friendly and efficient. The pricing for cover also appears to be comprehensive and competitive.

It would be more easier if somehow app can remember all my family details (maybe just tel number then app populate all cells)?...anyway it's currently easy to use.

I have used this insurer for all my travel insurance. Website easy to understand and gives a comparison of their different policies, so you can easily choose which policy is best for you. Cant comment on claims procedures as I haven't had a claim

Not the cheapest but not the most expensive either. I can't comment on how they process claims nothing went wrong.

Lost a pair of Maui Jim sunglasses prior to leaving Barcelona and didn't discover this until we were on the plane. On our return submitted a claim and provided a receipt of approx $350 for a replacement. With excess etc would probably expect to get $100 to $150 back. I paid a premium of $467 for cover. Your claims area require a report from the airport (already left) and the original receipt (who keeps receipts for sunglasses) I used your company before but will never use again.

The costs with Zoom travel insurance are very competitive and the process is uncomplicated and speedy. At all times polite and friendly advice received and a quick and and efficient claim service experienced. Very highly recommended.

I first used Insureandgo 5 years ago and through that experience I have highly recommended to many, many friends. The speed and help I received while overseas through my tragedy was exceptional. Two things I would like to see is a button and question on the application to show who recommended you and have you used Insureandgo previously as there should be some sort of rewards program. Purchased the travel insurance for a short leisure trip to Victoria, mainly to be covered for rental vehicle excess damage but was also covered for other events.
Good value for money insurance.

Found insure and go very competitive and easy to manage online. Levels of cover nearly equal and some cases exceeded more well known business. Was no problem to make a change to the return date. Hopefully will not need to make a claim but nice knowing I have it all covered.

This is the 2nd time I've used InsureandGo and it is a very simple online sign up. I have declared a medical condition and it didn't affect the premium. Great value and very convenient.
Covers everything I need.

Having fallen ill on holiday i found the customer service and claims process to be fairly straight forward. Support was adequate however i didn't get a respond regarding an upgrade on my ticket. The 14hrs + flight time took its toll. I was off work on returning home for 4 days and still recovering from my illness. Faster response on queries, decisions on upgrading flight and advise on local practitioners would have been helpful. Processing is fast and efficient. Overall i am satisfied. Thanks Yusuf
