We were fortunate we didn't need to use any cover. It was value for money. Also whilst away I was emailed in case we decided to stay longer we could extend the cover.

I took zoom because price wise they were reasonable compared to others and still seemed to cover very similar. Never had to claim so I can't say what a claim service would have been like. However email contact was upheld so I get the impression they are seeking to give a good service.

Was very happy with them however I do not have a claim but unusually I felt comfortable in the company don’t know why just a feeling

Did not know this company. Recieved email from "Seniors" advertising 15% discount from Insure and go. Was looking for travel insurance for domestic cruise and when i looked at the items covered i was pleasantly surprised that this insurance company had a policy specifically for domestic cruising which a lot if others don't. I read the PDS before i committed to purchasing the policy and i was really impressed with what they were covering.The silver option had everything i was looking for. With medical screening submitted for both of us the cost of the basic policy only increased by $20.

I have been using 1Cover for many years, travelling to many parts of the world. I have only had to make a claim once, when my glasses got broken, and the claim was settled promptly with no fuss. Premiums are very competitive.

I tried to extend my policy twice over email and as soon as I said what dates I would like to extend both agents didn’t reply and my policy has now expired. Don’t bother if you want a reply.

Would recommend Zoom to my friends. Very easy to organise and felt confident I was covered. No claim made!

I have always used 1cover for my travel insurance as their price & what they cover are very competitive.
I had my first claim, after years of travelling, and I could not fault them. My claim was paid and finalised within in 2 weeks of submitting my claim. Great work 1cover.

My travel insurance policy was arranged very promptly with a minimum of fuss.

My only 'complaint' is that I was not aware of the Seniors discount of 15% that I was apparently eligible for.

InsureAndGo claim they will respond in 10 days to any claim. After waiting 2 months I had to contact them!

After our plane was diverted and a passenger was taken of, I was thankful for my insurance cover 1.

We went to Bali for 7 nights. Booking was easy and quick. I couldn't believe how cheap the comprehensive option was. We were also able to hire a scooter to get around with no concerns :) will use for all future travel from now on!
