Have just purchased travel insurance for a cruise next year. Insureandgo seems to have us covered for every eventuality at a very competitive rate. I found the website much easier to navigate than some others. Hopefully I won’t need to review the claims process.

We have been with 1Cover for 10 years and had to cancel our cruise 3 days before sailing because of hubby's ill health (declared)- I was worried about him and stressing over making a claim - but it was an easy process and the staff were lovely and kept me informed of the process - the claim was paid within 10 days Thank you all

Excellent service. within 3 days they paid the outstanding bill. Found another docket a few days later, no problem. Thank you.

I shopped around and found InsureandGo the best value. We were after a mid tier package and it was obvious there were many inclusions and less excess compared to the others in the market.

Paid up for insurance on a laptop. Long time waiting on the phone when I made a claim they tell you there will be a wait till someone gets back to you. Rubbish!

We are regular travelers and we compare the market every time we travel and always come back to Insure and Go they are the best value for money

In my view the cost of cover travelling to a country with a reciprocal medical agreement is excessive, ie New Zealand. The only difference to medical treatment is the emergency ambulance service.

I have used 1 Cover several times over the past 10 years and fortunately have not had to make a claim.

As I mentioned I had a night ina Bali hospital. On discharge we found it very easy to pay the excess and the hospital staff did all the rest. They contacted insureandgo for us and it was all organised in that night. Was very impressed with the policy thank you.

Our family holiday was cancelled after my pre trip medical emergency. 1Cover were fantastic and my claim was paid promptly

I did alot of research on cover for my European holiday and 1 Cover was truly the best regarding value for money. I will use them again for my next holiday.

We all need to have coverage when we travel, we didn't use it, hoping 4 no claim bonus next policy
