So customer service once needing to make a claim was off shore and I couldn’t clearly understand the operator, I had gold cover and our flight was delayed 11:38 hrs in turn we missed our connecting flight by 23 hours to our final destination, we lost 2 days 1 night at our destination and have not been covered for our loss of accomodation or car hire approx $700 nor have we been able to claim our accommodation for a family of 5 children 2 adults at our hotel at the airport $750 alone. They have instead offered $100 pp totally $700 in compensation! Claiming our delay was not long enough to compensate. It falls far short of our personal outlay of $1600. Not happy Insure and Go. We did have to make a medical claim separately for Dr’s visit that went along smoothly. I will go with Covermore next time.

Sourced and number of quotes across the insurance industry and found that insure and go was best value for money with an excellent product

I cannot believe how easy it was to organise our travel insurance with Insureandgo. The price is extremely satisfactory and I'm happy with the cover. I sincerely hope we don't need to claim anything but very comforting to know we have good coverage.

As someone visiting lots of countries on a cruise you need a website easy to navigate. The cruise option on this website is the best .When you need to add on pre existing conditions a few clicks and its done. Too easy would recommend on price alone but with ease of use excellent

We have used insur & go three times and have had to claim once but it was an easy experience and I never have any problems when I’m purchasing the product even though we have pre-existing conditions they also cover them.

Haven't travelled yet, and hopefully will never need to make a claim(!) but so far, it was quick and easy to get a quote, see the options and then get insurance.

Easy DIY insurance, easy to understand and add things that you need like snow insurance etc. Hope they are as efficient if we ever have to make a claim!

Great price and great service when we made a claim after being caught in Super Cyclone Winston a few years ago. Easy to get a quote and buy online. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend InsureandGo to my family and friends.

We have used Insure and Go on about 5 trips.We have always found them competitive especially with the promotions discounts.They have always covered us for existing conditions.
In one instance we had to cancel our trip and claim. They assisted us with the claim and refunded within about 3 weeks.

Competitive rates. Insure and go are professional. I had to call numerous times and they were very helpful ensuring I had the right cover.

* very pleasant to deal with (website and emails)
* good value (price and what's covered)
* the only "negative" with my claim experience, was that had to resend/email the same information several times
Would, and have recommended them to friends/family

I have not made a claim (& hope I won’t need to) but I have found their prices and cover and longer length of trip option for Annual multi-trip to be much better than others apart from the maximum of 15 day car hire component.
