Very easy to organise online even with specific medical cover- good job! but I'm glad I didn't need to claim!

I’ve used this insurance company every time I travel. On one occasion I got very sick before my holiday and ended up in hospital. From the minute I called everyone was very helpful and understanding. Once I sent the claim online I got my money back from the holiday within a week! I highly recommend.

Ever since we utilised the 1Cover kiosk at the airport several years ago, to arrange last minute travel insurance after forgetting to prearrange on one of our annual Bali holidays, we have used 1Cover ever since. We found their cover to be very comprehensive and competively priced. We had a small claim two years ago and were very happy with the efficiency with which they dealt with it. Recently we had to cut short our Europe trip due to illness and again 1Cover processed that claim very efficiently. We can strongly recommend 1Cover and intend to continue using them with absolute confidence.

1Cover are very easy to contact and ask questions when you are looking into travel insurance. They often cover things other companies won't and are very polite and helpful. I have not made a claim with them but, my sister has and she said it was very easy and they were very helpful.

I found the process straight forward. However as I had no claims I cannot comment on this part of the insurance.

I took out travel insurance for our family vacation for three weeks overseas. Fortunately I did not need to make a claim. The policy price was reasonable and easy enough to do online.

All good 2nd time we've used this company. All good, but then again, we've not had to make a claim. This would be the true test for a Travel Insurance Company.

We did not need to claim but felt reassured to have this cover. Much cheaper than the rental companies.
