1Cover Travel Insurance Reviews

It was great to know in the unlikely event of any mishap, I was covered. Thankfully I didn't need it.

Due to very stressful and worry-full health issue events, we had to cancel our trip. 1Cover handled the whole thing quickly and without fuss and more importantly, all the staff we dealt with were very respectful to our situation.

This has been my goto Travel Insurance for a number of overseas trips but we have never had an any need to make any claims. On the last trip, one of us had to go to a hospital for treatment - making a claim and getting a refund was simple and straightforward. Would recommend 1Cover to anyone.

Both wife and I and my adult children have used/use 1Cover on our numerous travel trips and feel very safe and comfortable with the policy. I initially researched and found them very highly rated by Choice and they are simple and easy to use.

I chose 1Cover, reason being: had selection of rate to pay for hire car excess. Also good value. Lucky we had no claim :)

Easy to apply for 1 Cover insurance. Insurance provisions outlined well on website. Value for money and inclusions were appropriate for my needs.

We've used 1Cover several times over the years, so thought I'd better see what the competition was offering this time....maybe a change needed, but could not find anything comparable for what suited our needs, so again 1Cover is still the one for us!

Once again, 1Cover was able to provide complete cover at a competitive price. We can always rely on them having a suitable product to support our travels.

Use 1cover everytime I travel... interstate and international... always feel safe with the cover offered...

Highly recommend, prices are very very compatible if not cheaper, we have additional medical health added and it's so affordable and knowing you've got full cover at exceptional prices, highly recommend.

Surgery could not be completed over the weekend whilst in Christchurch, we should have insisted 1Cover organise surgery and make arrangements for us to catch up with our travel partners whilst in NZ. We had to wait until we returned to OZ and organise a referral and pay to travel interstate to have bicep surgery done. Not happy

Thankful that we did not have to use our insurance but happy with the peace of mind so we could relax and enjoy our trip.
