Insure n Go Travel Insurance Review

This is our second year of 12 months cover for a couple. For multiple trips it is so reassuring and good value.

I have used Insure & Go for travel insurance twice now & would not go past them for value for money and the list of things you are covered for.<br/>I will use them next trip too

The site is easy to navigate giving up the information required quickly and non complex..have no problems recommending InsureandGo to anyone...

The travel Insurance application was all done on the computer with each question logically following on to the next. it was easy and quick to do. Value for money...especially with the offer of a 10% discount.

Whilst never having so far to make a claim, have used this Company many times with no probs. Really like the extensive pre existing issues covered

Seeking assistance in Bucharest was told to submit claim on other organisation. Would not discuss the situation and gave the impression that the staff member answering the request had little or no experience. Don't make offers you have no intention of honoring.

When I wish to Travel I make sure I have the security and peace of mind, and Insure and go

As this was the best on the market in regards to claiming, it took a great deal longer than other travel insurances.

Just needed to adjust by one day cost $169.40 and had to be a whole new policy, but it had no cooing off period, told I had the cooling off period when I first took it out 8 months ago, however I could not use that policy any longer as an error at issue was floored and it did not give me any cover for the journey we intended to take.

The claims were dealt with professionally, albeit slowly until additional documentation was provided relating to date of purchase of a camera also from overseas UK police. Thanks

I have always enjoyed InsureandGo being my Travel Insurance Company and after one claim after many years I was very happy things went so well, but, I was a little put back after my last policy that I purchased on the 10th January, to replace the one that was cancelled because of my unfortunate accident actually went up by a rather larger amount. Was told it was because I was only getting 10% discount, when the other policy was 15% because I am a very good customer. Am I being penalised because I made a claim?? I am already off to Japan in March and on the 10th September to South America. I always let all my friends know how great you are and in my last review it was fantastic. Would appreciate some feedback because we have travelled together for many years and we hope to travel a lot more

Being over 70 years of age, I find it increasingly difficult to obtain travel insurance at a reasonable rate, apart from InsurandGo. Very pleased your company sees fit to provide such a service without charging exorbitant rates. Thank you.
