Insure n Go Travel Insurance Review

Had a trip and fall accident in the USA, which resulted in an ambulance and hospital treatment. Although rather arduous the claims process was eventually sorted.

I found Insure and go very easy to purchase a policy and very easy for them to take my money, however they were incredibly difficult and convoluted when making a claim so difficult to get money out of. I submitted a claim using on line tool and uploaded the files and documents requested. I then had to send same files 3 additional times to different people and have numerous telephone calls and over 3 months of waiting and threatening to take the case to the ombudsman before I finally got the claim processed and this was all for a very small claim.

I had an annual policy and wanted to renew but was told I had to totally complete a new quote - using the seniors offer of 15% discount I did complete the details and purchased the policy. Less than 6 hours later I received another offer of 20% discount, which went down like a led balloon. I do understand the nature of marketing, but really, it does not leave a good taste among customers.

Unfortunately, had to make a claim. Excellent service throughout. Cannot be faulted in any way. Will certainly use 'insureandgo' in the future.

My partner fell very ill a short time before our departure and we had to make a claim against our travel insurance policy. This is only the second time we have had to do that during many years of travel. INSUREANDGO where great. They were very supportive and paid out our entire claim in full and in a short time. We will certainly insure again with INSUREANDGO.

I had been your client for many years, I had claims and dealt very respectfully. Keep up your customer rapport good and be recommendable. Although your premiums are a bit higher compare others i would still stick to your service.

I had an original policy with Insureandgo for a cruise. Then we added another cruise onto the first. Your consultant was very helpful in cancelling the first policy and then arranging a new policy to cover the double cruise.

great value for money but the online process is a little difficult in that it is hard to open documents

Easy to use site with good value product.Hopefully do not have to test claims department.Travel booked for March 2018

Phone dropped out half way thru enquiry / staff did not return call ... overall very happy - is it possible for returning customers to have their medical recorded so you don't have to go thru it over and over and leave things off accidentally
