Insure n Go Travel Insurance Review

I was sick in India and and on my return to Australia I thought I would be entitled to some sort of return it was a total waste of time after I sent all the proof of Doctor's bills copy of passport etc. to be told I was not entitled to any return. I will not be wasting my time again.

Even though the policy was taken out months before the injury which required cancellation of the policy, the required verification for the operation seemed unreasonable. One policy for two people with a $100.00 access that was deducted twice seemed unreasonable. Once bitten twice shy. Never again Insurance Go.

InsureandGo were highly recommended to me when we immigrated to Australia. We required travel insurance for a pre-existing medical condition, which meant many of the big insurers do not provide cover, including Bupa our own healthcare insurer. Look around all the big insurance companies and none could compare to insureandgo. I have been using them for a few years and costs have not risen much still around $100 for gold.

Whole policy including medical conditions can be done online, in less that 5 minutes I had us both insured with medical conditions approved. So quick and easy compared to other insurances. When I had the misfortune once to have to claim it was dealt with immediately and the reimbursement was to hand in under 14 days. Highly recommend

Very happy with the value for money aspect, but disappointed that my calls were never returned after I went to the help no., I then managed to apply online, so the call wasn’t needed after that.

Only had to make 1 claim in many trips insured by you. Needed to provide enough paperwork to write a short novel and it took a long time to process, but you did come through.

I have not had to make a claim, but so far so good. Website is easy to navigate, and quote option also good.

Top product with no fuss attitude. You only pay for what you need as an option every insurance company should learn from. Highly recommend to anyone.
