Insure n Go Travel Insurance Review

Easy DIY insurance, easy to understand and add things that you need like snow insurance etc. Hope they are as efficient if we ever have to make a claim!

I have used Insureandgo on two previous occasions and unfortunately on both occasions I have had to make a claim once due to my husbands death and the second time due to travelling partners illness<br/>Both times claims were processed without any problems <br/>I am presently insured again for a trip next February so I hope all goes well this time

I have not made a claim (& hope I won’t need to) but I have found their prices and cover and longer length of trip option for Annual multi-trip to be much better than others apart from the maximum of 15 day car hire component.

first time I made a claim in 4 years if using Insure and Go as I lost my sunglasses and it took 3 weeks for them to come back and say there weren’t covered.

I had to cancel my trip due to an illness that needs surgery. Months after taking out travel insurance I became very ill and had to cancel my trip. I got a letter from the doctor that said that my symptoms started well after the date of my policy started and that I am too unwell to travel and need to have surgery. I provided the letter along with all of my cancellation documents and receipts to prove payments. My claim is only $2300 and they are drawing out the process for no reason! They have now asked for my medical records for the past 5 years as if they don’t trust my doctor’s letter or me!! And to make matters worse, they have even prolonged the time it takes to investigate my medical records by not even paying the invoice to receive the report. I’m stressed enough being sick and not being able to go on a holiday that I had planned 12 months ago let alone having to deal with this! It’s been 6 weeks and I’m still waiting, not 10 days like they had indicated it would be dealt within!

Unfortunately I did have to make separate hospital emergency, and loss claims, during a trip to Vancouver. Service on both claims was professional and prompt, and will not hesitate to use InsureandGo for future travel insurance and peace of mind.

friendly staff, they understand your situation when things have turned out bad and i had no issues when i made a claim due to cutting my trip short, i will not go to any other company for travel insurance and also told my friend to go with Insure and go as there prices are very reasonable

During our past trip to the USA I got sick and had to go to the emergency room. We end up putting the bill on our credit card and were worried about getting the money back. When we got back to Australia we filed our claim and with-in 3 weeks we had the money back in our account. We would use Insure and go again!
