Fast Cover Travel Insurance Review

Completing online insurance with Fast cover was so easy and at a great price.<br/>I would recommend Fastcover to my friends.

The travel insurance was initially found through the Compare web site, which we had never used before. That site was very easy to use, and gave a great number of choices and options for the travel insurance. <br/>We chose the Fast Cover insurance as it included all the options that we required, and was great value for money for 4 people.<br/>Would highly recommend the Compare the Market web site, and the Fast Cover insurance policies....

First time I have booked on line it was so easy and is such great value for comprehensive insurance. Thank you.

Really great value for money insurance. I like that I can upgrade my basic cover when and if I feel the need later on. Looking forward to my holiday and it feels good having peace of mind because I'm insured for whatever unfortunate events may occur!

They didn't pay my insurance for a stolen bag because I was over 50m from bag. Despite being able to see it perfectly well. Disappointed won't unsure myself with them again!

Choose the wrong check box. Contacted Sally at Fast Cover and she was very helpful. In fact I was given a $30 refund. I have already given details to one of my workmates.

Went on holiday with my misses to Bali two months ago, took her to Sarong and when I went to paid wallet was gone! came back submitted a claim and got my money back the other week. Thanks

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!<br/><br/>I used Fast Cover Travel Insurance for a trip to Queenstown, New Zealand in July 2013 for a ski trip.<br/><br/>Being a 31yo female from Sydney, there were lots of options, but I had received good reviews and checked out their website.<br/><br/>The website was easy to use, and easy to get a quote. The ability to add extra snow protection was great - and was only a small additional fee, that gave me LOTS of cover.<br/><br/>There were a choice of easy-to-understand policies which were really comprehensive and great value for money. <br/><br/>Unfortunately, I had to make a claim after my flights cancelled due to snow in New Zealand. I called them up straight away (after hours on a weekend) and their friendly claims team were helpful an professional and gave me all the information I needed.<br/><br/>Upon submitting my claim on my return my claim was paid promptly and without any questions or hassles.<br/><br/>I had such a great experience, that I've just purchased travel insurance again from Quick Cover Travel Insurance for my next holiday and feel very assured knowing that if anything goes wrong (hopefully it wont), that I will be taken care of once again.<br/><br/>HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I have asthma, but not very frequent. However, when I went to Egypt, I had asthma attack and needed medical assistance. Fastcover covered my medical expense as stated in their policy. I like their policy which takes some of the pre-existing medical conditions into consideration, unlike the other insurance providers and makes travel for people like me easy and convenient.

The travel insurance policies that I have purchased from Fastcover seem ok. But I was hoping that they can come up with better rewards for loyal customers like me.

It is funny how few companies can trick people so easily into buying their products. Fastcover has a list of words called as “words with special meaning”. Some of the “words” create ambiguity and while claiming it is used as an instrument for not clearing the claim. Stating the true meaning of the “words” I was denied my claim because of which I faced heavy loss. I am absolutely disappointed but definitely learnt a lesson to never trust such insurance companies.

My experience with Fastcover has been very disappointing. Before the journey, I was told that in case of any emergency the money would be refunded within 24 hrs. But it has been almost 6 months that I am following up with them for my rightful claim. Every time that I call up, I have to leave a recorded complain in their system which says that somebody will revert immediately, but to no avail. Last week, an apology letter was sent for the delay caused, but an apology won’t help. I need my money back.
