Super easy website to navigate and easy process to purchase.

I had a fantastic experience with Fast Cover! Their website was super easy to navigate, so sorting out my cover was a breeze. The customer service was top-notch—friendly, quick to respond, and really helpful with my questions. Even though I didn’t end up needing to make a claim, having their support was a huge relief. Highly recommend them for no-fuss travel insurance!

The first quote two weeks prior was haphazard and tardy. When I phoned a second time I was impressed by the fantastic service. Emma was professional, thorough, diligent, reassuring and friendly. I purchased from her.

Seems to be adequate for what I need, most items are covered and I heard through my friend that they had made a claim before and was no problem.

My father passed away, had to buy a return ticket and they used policy and only refunded 25% of ticket. They asked for all extra documents then sent it to Llyods underwriting to complain and they didnt do anything and sit that is the wording of the policy. He was in a nursing home for dementia but had a stroke and they said the wording in the policy states that you only get 25% back. Very disheartening on their part to not refund $2000 for the emergency flight back to Australia but only refund $377

I was struggling to find standard travel insurance inclusive on COVID19. Majority of travel insurance require you to purchase comprehensive cover which isn't always affordable. But not Fast Cover! Even the basic plan includes COVID19.

When unexpected things happens on your holidays, you need help and support. Unfortunately we experienced hospitalisation and appendix surgery of our son in Bali last week. Since he was hospitalised, the team from Fast Cover always sorted all the important things very quickly and made sure that we are all fine. Everyday they were checking if we are ok and if we need anything. This is exactly what you need when you are in foreign country and really need help. They were so reliable and helpful that we really would like to recommend them and also we will always choose them for our next upcoming trips. We’d like to thank all of the team, especially Fay who is extremely nice, but also Ewan, Stefan, Natalie and others who we were speaking with during difficult times. Our son is much better now, which is a big relief for us! Thank you very much Fast Cover for everything.
