CTI Verdict

Worldcare offers solid cover with high medical and liability limits, and it’s a particularly good option for travellers who have struggled to get insured elsewhere – they offer a niche policy designed specifically for those who can’t get standard medical cover due to pre-existing conditions or their age. Definitely worth checking out if mainstream insurers have knocked you back before; just be aware that some plans cap out at age 75.
