Comparing insurers and coverage Tick stack up very well. On line always helps to reduce costs. I would certainly recommend getting a quote.

We have used TICK travel insurance over the past 10 years, and have found them to be one of the cheapest. Have not claimed anything over the years, but if we do, I'm hoping that they will not leave us in the lerch...But that would be another story...

It is always easy to work through the application process on the internet and to work out just what level of cover is applicable to us.

No problems on line...easy navigation on the website. Value for money. I have not made a claim and that is the real test with any insurance

I did use Tick insurance on a previous occasion but didn't use them as I forgot and other trips. This time a friend ask me for advice on a cheaper company than a quote she got, so I looked and found Tick again. I have never had a claim so Tick is untested in that regard. But in saying that I hope I never have to make a claim.

Travel insurance is a necessity, however you only know how good it is when you need to make a claim. I have had to do that last year due to cancellation through illness. My claim was wonderful. Only had to supply evidence through doctors and proof of fares paid etc. Claim was painless. Thankyou Tick.

I did quite a bit of researching online, then I was told to look at Tick for my travel insurance. Very pleased with quote and have used the company for 2 overseas trips.

A friend referred me to Tick Insurance. I compared Tick to other online travel insurance providers and found that Tick was easily the best value for money.

Would have rated higher but found it difficult to determine if Insurance covers cruises. Eventually found in FAQ that their insurance covers this. Would be good to know this on the front page. Otherwise all good

Great customer service - fixed a mistake (mine) very quickly. I received a phone call not a reply to my e-mail that I thought was very personal service - wonderful.
