The single-trip insurance policy was what I opted for as I was planning a holiday with friends. The benefits were sufficient. I went with the Bare Essentials policy. The I&G silver and gold policies had better cover and benefits, but they were too expensive for me.

I make frequent trips worldwide and have a multi trip policy with Insure and Go for a couple of years now. They will notify me by e-mail of new policies changes and also travel restrictions due to bad weather and local disturbances. Their rates are reasonable and affordable.

When I purchased insurance from Insure and Go, I was in perfect health condition. However, I was bed ridden before I was due to travel, and couldn't make the trip. Insure and Go wouldn't reimburse me for my cancellation as they claimed that I had the condition before purchasing the policy. I will not trust them with my money again and you shouldn't too.

I bought the Annual Multi-trip policy as I have to travel to India quite often on business trips. I now travel worry-free and eat whatever I like! Saves me quite a bit because I do not have to purchase additional insurance when I'm going on a personal holiday.

I purchased an Annual Multi-trip policy form Insure and Go for as I travel often for work. It was all good when I did not make a claim. However, I once had an accident and was hospitalised for that. My claim was only released 5 months after the date of filing and the paperwork was really tedious. The process was very frustrating and disheartening. I would not recommend them to anyone.

I bought the single-trip policy for my honeymoon to Maldives. I'm glad I bought a policy from InsureandGo as my husband had a minor cut on his leg while snorkelling and had to be taken to the local hospital for first aid. The claiming part was simple and hassle-free.

During my to visit India. I participated in a local game that was being played and ended up breaking a bone in my foot. InsureandGo did not consider my claim because apparently as per their policies the game that I played was not listed in their “sports and activities” table. This is absurd. Any sport played should be considered. How can they ask a person to only stick to the sports and activities mentioned in their table? I strictly disagree.

I purchased travel insurance from InsureandGo and this insurance is valid only for trips outside Australia. However, while I was in Sydney airport, I lost my iPod. InsureandGo paid for it even though their policies mention it is valid only outside Australia. I like their customer service and will also recommend it to others.

My experience with InsureandGo has been fairly good. Their policies are not ambiguous. The terms and conditions have been stated well. I have not faced any issues and I am hoping it will continue to remain the same.

I bought a domestic travel policy but due to some unforeseen cirsumstances I had to cancel my trip at the last moment. They would not cover me for my cancellation fees, they however offered to refund my policy premium, that really defeats the purpose of purchasing a policy. Not a good experience.

I purchased the family Annual multi-trip travel insurance. I paid for cover for my wife and myself and my children get cover for free! The premium was very competitive and the benefits were adequate for my travel, as my biggest concerns are medical while we are abroad and also cancellation. This is my first experience with InsureandGo and they have impressed me in the first year of service when I had to claim medical expenses when my second child was ill while travelling. I will definitely be renewing this annual policy next year.

I purchased insurance from InsureandGo. I had to cancel my travel to Indonesia due to some unforeseen circumstances. InsureandGo paid for the travel points I used to purchase the online ticket which otherwise cannot be recovered. I am thankful to them and appreciate their service.
