Good price easy site acceptance of pre existing condition good.<br/>But as with any insurance only tested with claim until then you never know

Made a claim for rental car which was approved and paid $4000, however additional charges, bring replacement vehicle to us was not covered so out of pocket for around $3000 .. Not good .. It's funny how insurance covers get out of paying the actual cost ... hmmmmmm .. Not very happy

My wife and I were both infected with a serious chest infection on board a cruise ship. When we tried to claim against our insurance, Insureandgo made it almost impossible by demanding all kinds of irrelevant evidence above and beyond our medical bills and ship's doctors reports. It took over a month of daily communications and dozens of pages of forms before we were finally reimbursed, minus $100 excess fees. This tactic is obviously used to make claimants give up.

Would never use this co again..and advise my friends not to..very unprofessional co..they could not find my claim and i registered posted it

Insureandgo's Claims process was so slow and they were so difficult to deal with , that I had to get the Financial Services Ombudsman (FSO) to investigate and expedite my claim as InsureandGo were taking months to settle.

When I claimed my case worker never contacted me unless I called her. It was frustrating and disappointing I'm unsure I will go with your insurance again due to this terrible experience

A little slow but got it all back,just a couple off E-mails and my expenses were refunded into my bank.very pleased

Unfortunately had to make 2 claims upon return from our holiday. Made a phone call initially and then everything was handled via email. Had our money paid to us with in 2 weeks (I had forgotten to include some documentation). Easy process.. and responded quickly to any questions I had.<br/>Great value for money too.. Have a 2 yr old with a heart condition that wasn't covered by other companies and didn't cost a lot more to cover her through insure and go.

Easy to organize online. Better coverage for pre-existing medical conditions would be nice, but same as other insurers. Easy and positive claims experience on water damaged camera.
