Insure n Go Travel Insurance Review

Have not had to claim and I hope if we have to it will be as easy as applying for the insurance.

we have used InsureandGo many times. It would be great if you could log on and get a better price for loyalty.

We experienced very last minute flight cancellations during our stay in Japan. Contacted Insure and Go who were friendly and helpful. They kept in touch with us via e-mail and were quick to respond.<br/>During the claims process, submitted all receipts and required proof. Within 2 weeks, received our compensation.<br/>Definitely recommend to all travellers!<br/>Don't forget to add "Natural Disaster" for only an extra $10pp. Saved us a lot of money and hassle!

Easy Web site to use. However, expand explanation on what is actually covered eg. Is repatriation to home covered in case of serious circumstance.

I lost a bracelet whilst on a cruise. I ensured I had all the necessary paperwork from the ship, lodged my claim upon my return and I cannot speak highly enough of Insure and Go. Good communication and paid in a timely manner. I have used Insure and Go a number of times since for my frequent trips and will continue to do so as you only find out how good your insurance is when you need it and have a claim.

It's a very easy website to navigate through. I like the idea of comparing all the policies next to each other, so you can see the $ value if you make a claim. You can also play around with the Excess amount just to see what your policy is going to cost you.

We generally find the website easy to navigate and the quote process efficient. To date the value for money has been good.

I obtained travel insurance through "Insure and Go" in 2018 because it was the cheapest. When my travel finished I received an e-mail reminding me how to claim. I did not need to but it was a nice touch. This year (2019) I chose "Insure and Go" because they have a customer focus ... and still offer very competitive rates

Have used Insure and Go 3 times now and they always cover pre existing conditions and we had to make a claim last year and the claim was settled promptly.

Having to reschedule our trip due to family illness we made a claim for the costs involved and our claim was successful and promptly processed with a minimum of fuss. Insure & Go is the way to go for Travel Insurance

Website works well even for a 68 year old. Last year was bitten by dog in Thailand, had to have hospital treatment and rabies injections. Notified Insure&go and lodged claims when arrived home. Was kept informed of claim action all the way and after 10 days was paid for the claim. Hence, have insured again for my next trip.

Generally satisfied, but there was no seniors discount as advertised. Presumably the appropriate option was hidden somewhere on the web site.
