While travelling to China recently, my luggage was stolen/lost. The customer service made a very bad day seemed all the more bearable. They called me back so I did not have to pay for the phone bill and gave me detailed instructions on what to do and documentations required. So much more helpful compared to the non-existant service from the airlines.

Covermore have been very helpful during my time of need. The claims process was simple and fair. I took a 7 month cover. I travelled for the first month and returned home, rang them up and they refunded the difference. I also made a claim for that trip and they approved the claim with no fuss.

Most of the time while travelling, you think that getting injured in an accident, lost luggage, stolen wallet or damaged hire car won't happen to you. But better be safe than sorry. We met with a serious car accident in Germany. We were lucky to escape without any serious injuries, but it could have turned out very differently. We were traumatised for the remainder of our holiday but luckily we knew that Covermore had us covered. Upon return, we filed the claims online and Covermore covered for the rental vehicle damage excess and medical fees. It took less than a couple of weeks to have the claims approved and got all our money back.

I have never had to make a claim for my travel insurance and I hope I never will do. I conducted a very comprehensive research on travel insurance companies but was soon overwhelmed and confused so I went ahead with Covermore from word of mouth. The main reasons behind me choosing Cover-more was that there was a story of a group of friends travelling with different insurance providers, they met with a terrible accident and only those with Cover-more were repatriated home within an an acceptable time frame. Insurance should be about providing security and comfort for any unexpected events. So I have chosen Cover-more through its reputation. In addition, going directly to their website saves

My husband was admitted to the hospital with an emergency in Thailand. It was a challenging situation. The doctors on night shift did not speak fluent English. It was confusing and frustrating. I was able to call Covermore and they talked me through everything. They even followed up and called me to ask if everything was okay later on.

While cruising with my wife on the pacific ocean, I managed to get sea sick and required medical attention. The doctor and staff on board were very helpful but the medical fees were expensive. I made a claim. My friend who were also with us said they were covered with their credit card but when they made a claim, they had to fork out $200 for excess! We were so thankful to have covermore.

Very competitive prices. Claimed for lost baggage with in Thailand. Didn't have receipts for most of the items but was relieved that the claims was approved as I provided pictures of the lost items. However, the excess for the claims was a bit expensive.

I just want to say a big thank you to Covermore for the speedy claim approval of my wife's medical expenses when we was ill in San Fransisco, USA earlier this year. Thankfully, we had Covermore to cover for the US$550 medical bill and very expensive medicines. The treatment of my situation has restored my faith in travel insurance companies in particular Covermore. I will be using Covermore again when I travel. Once again, thank you Covermore.

I have used Covermore for more than 4 years for business and personal travel. Made a small claim for the loss of a pair of sunnies. The process was simple and feedback was prompt. The prices are fair. I would recommend them to my friends and colleagues.

During my 2 weeks in Bali, my daughter got sick. She had Bali Belly on and off since the end of the 1st week and started to get worst. After a visit to the hospital in Kuta, the got some medication and felt better. When we got back to Australia, filled out the claims from and within days I got a confirmation that covermore had received my claim. They kept me updated throughout the claims process and I was really glad when they notified me that they have deposited the medical costs into my bank account. The process was simple and easy. No hassles.

I use covermore everytime I travel overseas. What I like about covermore is that they provide cover for pre-existing conditions with minimal fuss. Communication is excellent. I had to make a claim once when I was in Malaysia. The full cost was reimbursed without any hassle. I was kept up to date on the claims process and received a cheque in the mail within 2 weeks. I never had a single issue with covermore.
