Zoom Travel Insurance Review

Revised many insurance covers and finally chose zoom. Didn't need need to claim but for all other contact I had with them was very efficient and easy to do. Great pricing for family (including adult children) would use again.

Our daughter lost her expensive dental plate while out at dinner when travelling and Zoom Travel took care of reimbursing for the replacement. Alleviated a lot of stress for our family and daughter.

The whole process was really simple and efficient and I always heard back promptly from one of your support people. I have passed on your details to many people who have enquired about how I managed while travelling. Thank you so much for processing my claim extremely quickly too. We all hear such horror stories of insurance companies being difficult to deal with and I'd like to let people know that this is not always the case. My claim was processed extremely fast and my money was in my bank the next day. My friend is still waiting for her claim to be be processed from another company over a month later.

Only insurance company, well that i have experienced, that asks if you have a claim once your trip is complete. Buying this insurance was also a seamless process. Would definitely purchase insurance for future trips through Zoom.

Sent an email with a link to make a claim at the end of my trip - didn’t need to make one thankfully but was good of them to make sure I’d been okay while I was away, and if I’d wanted to make a claim I would have known where to start.
