First time with TICK Insurance don't like to bother with Travel Insurance however your Team made me feel better about doing this 👍

Tick was recommended by a friend, so we gave it a go, an easy to navigate web page, process was very quick compared to others we had tried online. There seems to be excellent coverage, cost was very good, confirmation emails immediately. Haven’t had to make a claim and hopefully we won’t need to, all in all a good experience.

If you are going on a cruise this is a good product, and if you have preexisting conditions the increase in premiums is reasonable.

Happy with the insurance but not happy that i paid extra for an ongoing back problem for which there is nothing Insurance can do. I carry pain killers supplied by my doctor for durarion of my holiday. Next time i will make sure my back problem is non claimable and left of the Insurance price.

We booked with Tick for our last trip to Bali. It was so easy to get the amount of coverage that we needed. We have booked them again for our next holiday in May

very competitive pricing, dollar for dollar comparison. Its a no brainer when chosing travel insurance & they insure seniors over 75 that many insurance companies will not do.

Firstly this is the first time I have used Tick Insurance.I found compared to other companies it offered value for money taking into cosideration my age and other needs to cover my travel .

The only feature that was disconcerting when purchasing the policy was the various prices for the same policy dependent upon how one accessed the site and the discount code one had to apply.

We have not left on our trip do not know what service / claim might be required so can not comment yet

I used Tick insurance last year it was good value then and it is good value again would recommend them for value but have not had to make a claim

After comparing numerous policies, decided to go with Tick. It would appear I have covered all that I require. Cannot comment on claims at this point.

Did not cover Additional Emergency Expenses claimed for change in flight to Brisbane due to ship late returning to Sydney because of a medical emergency. I had taken out the top/gold cover, waived the excess and included natural disaster and was told I was fully covered. Tick only pay if the delay was due to riot, strike or civil commotion, so really not worth the money. I’m glad my claim wasn’t for something serious, cause they would find some way of getting out of paying. I went through the Internal Dispute process and was declined again just in time for Christmas. $559 out of pocket, to save a fellow passengers life.
