Very good price paid only $13 for volcano erruptions and $ 24 for extra medical hopefully I don't need it but best to be covered

Tick will not cover claims if you or any insured person on your policy:<br/>a) Has in the last 5 years suffered from or received medical advice, treatment or medication for:<br/>- any heart related, blood circulatory or diabetic condition; or<br/>- any neurological condition (including stroke, brain haemorrhage or epilepsy);<br/>- any breathing condition;<br/>- any psychiatric or psychological condition<br/>(including anxiety or depression)<br/>b) has had treatment for cancer in the last five years; or<br/>c) has been referred to or seen by a hospital doctor, specialist or surgeon (other than an accident and emergency doctor), or needed inpatient treatment in hospital in the last 12 months.

Good value not the cheapest quote, but the one with better options. I have used Tick for a number of years. last year I put in the wrong dates for my travel, I contacted the help desk who immediately cancelled the policy and refunded me the money, no problems! Needless to say I re-booked with Tick

Cheap. Easy to book. Have used them about 10 times. Never claimed yet so don't know what that's like paying out. Be nice to get some discount for customers who use your company regular.

Online application froze twice. Date of birth field is difficult to input using phone, I had to use a desktop computer.

got it the day before I flew out, super easy transaction and just overall happy with the price. Mainly needing medical which it covered and they emailed me and texted me my quote number for safe keeping. Will be now going with this company moving forward

I took out a policy with Tick last year but my trip was cancelled. As I had booked and paid with my credit card I claimed my nonrefundable expenses from my credit card complimentary Insurance - when I notified Tick about the cancellation they refunded my premium as I was not lodging a claim against them. Reason for me to take out insurance with them again as well as their competitive premiums and coverage.

It would be good if you could have insurance for the whole year which covers all trips like other insurance companies
