Jetstar travel insurance is only available if you’re flying with them, it’s not something you can buy on its own. That said, ticking the travel insurance box at your flights checkout is about as easy as travel insurance gets. Just know it comes with trade-offs: medical cover is capped at $2.5 million rather than unlimited, and the accidental death benefit sits lower than most competitors. On the upside, kids under 12 fly insured for free alongside an adult, and there’s a generous 21-day cooling-off period if you change your mind.

Worthless.

I needed to change flights due to unforeseen circumstances. Ticket cancellation insurance not worth the e-mail it was printed. Avoid!

we were caught up in the volcano problems in bali nov 15 ,a number of flight were changes ,advised aig hard to talk to anyone who understands English then advised to buy a new policy because thay cannot make changes to the existing policy,thay then refund the old policy but the problem arises you have to keep one policy open to claim lost accommodation so they get you for 2 policy's john mac
