Insure n Go Travel Insurance Review

I often travel to Bali and just need cover for medical should I get sick or have an accident.

I had used this company last year and they did arrange medical assistance when needed and checked on my welfare numerous times whilst overseas.

InsurandGo are one of the few company's that insure for cruises. Their online application is quick and easy and I have recommended InsurandGo to many people.

Not outstanding but good cover for the money. Claims take a while to process and the wait is a bit long, but it does eventually get processed.

This is one of the worst customer services I have ever experienced. Calling to get more information about their policy they were a) not helpful; b) rude; c) utter the policy really fast so when I asked questions they were annoyed at this and became even less helpful; d) told me everything was clearly explained in their website so could get my questions answered there.<br/>I am glad other companies offer coverage because these guys are a total no! Imagine what it would be like to deal with them IF you needed to claim anything!

My husband passed away very unexpectedly & my Mum had had travel insurance with this company. They refused to cover her as a son-in-law does not meet their definition of a relative.

Questions & Pricing was good just a problem lodging at the end needed to redo medical questions. Some questions seem to repeat.

have had no experience with a claim. <br/>i think that would be telling experience.<br/>mind you in 40years of travelling i have never had to make a claim so have nothing to compare against

Be careful when submitting a claim for stolen items. <br/>You will need to prove purchase of every otem stolen with original receipt. Never letting me know if the recieved my previous email and did not look at my full claim. I had to dispute the claim for them to look at it again. Got $200 back for stolen money, computer, phone and memory cards

You would think getting a quote was easy these people dont know what they are doing I was charged extra for an island near Bali when I queried that other companies don't charge extra they then quoted higher again - every time you talk to them the quote gets higher!

When travelling we all like a good deal but it is when you have to claim that is the difference so the comments from those who have had to claim are so much more important than "excellent deal "Easy Application" It is the one thing people think will never happen on a holiday that you have an accident, you become ill, that happens and when it does take note of reviews.
