Insure & Go Travel Insurance Review

I live in Australia and have been in the UK for 2 months and I filled in the forms however the representative said the form needed to go to head office first. He then categorically stated he would call in two days time. He didn't call! I rang to be told that I had to be in the UK for six months and have a GP which of course I do not have. If you live for six months in the UK you are a resident and no longer an Expat and any travel insurance will help you! I suggest you go to True Travellor insurance.

We have been Insure& Go customers for many years travelling to Bali. <br/>I obtained a quote in late July and then again over the weekend - and the price has increased by over $30... This is a significant size premium increase given nothing has changed... Disappointing given there is nothing added value to the policy for the purchaser.

I found my dealings with the company staff great. I am reserving judgement on the computer procedure. Please don't get rid of the phone staff as they were very helpful about the mistake I made when I tried to buy online. Have not made a claim. I hope not to have to see that side of your business.

I have just bought a policy for the second time. I have found the processes both for taking out a new policy and for making a claim to be efficient. InsureandGo were recommended to me and I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to others.

I went in a month ago andhalf completed application price for gold levelwas 426.83 seniors cruise it also showed 15% discount. I did not receive a claim number at the time.<br/>The guy on the phone had a could not care less attitude and was not prepared to help in any was just said sorry bad luck we have had a price rise or maybe it was because i could have changed holiday dates. I said no i haven't nor have either of us had birthdays. He just said oh well its a price rise then. $100.43 price rise within 4 weeks is a rip off. <br/>Bad customer service can do a lot of damage. Bad news<br/> travels fast. I really don't expect anyone to take any notice but you asked for my opinion

Have had quotes from other companies which were more expensive and did not cover nearly as much. The medical cover is very comprehensive. The customer relations is very good.
