Insure n Go Travel Insurance Review

Don't cover you when you need (and deserve) it. Takes months and many phone calls when you are covered

User friendly, easy claim process, prices seem to be on the rise though... We found Insure and Go about five years ago and have used them quite a few times since. Their medical screening is a welcome addition also. <br/>Insure and Go is our "go to" travel insurance company.

We have taken several travel insurance policies with many different companies, however Insure & Go have not only given us great rates, their service when we needed to make a claim was exemplary and extraordinary. <br/>Additionally, they contacted us and kept in touch during our difficult period ensuring that we were being well looked after and didn’t require any assistance.<br/>We would not take travel insurance with any other company.

We were quite annoyed after making initial enquiries that we were pestered continually by phone about purchasing insurance. As I had a pre-existing medical condition, it took some time for us to ensure we had the correct cover. Also, as we have taken out insurance with Insureandgo previously, would think they could pull up our file and save a lot of time and questioning to establish another policy.

I was delighted with the way my claim was handled and will be recommending Insure and Go to my friends. Very caring and professional service - well done!

I have never given anyone a bad review before but this company is absolutely shocking to deal with, I was taken seriously ill in Greece, they did not sort anything and it was a truly stressful experience. Still not been reimbursed for my costs two months later even though they agreed claim. Very unprofessional and I would advise, not to use this company.

I was taken to hospital by ambulance with a broken ankle after slipping on a ramp on my last day. After the 1st few hours waiting for insurance approval everything went ahead smoothly. 4 nights in hospital, one back at the hotel then business class flights home escorted at each airport all with no excess. Customer support for the most part has been good although there can be long wait periods for processing claims.<br/>The methodology for determining the value of items leaves a lot to be desired. A very high quality jacket that I lost which would have had a 10 year lifespan (at least) was valued against a 5 year lifespan.<br/>It is one thing to claim that you pay out a lot of claims, it is another to apply a fair value.

It was super easy to navigate the entire online purchase as a 'senior', that is supported by 'slam-dunk' value for money.

Insure and Go has great coverage for Cruising. Their prices are excellent. So far we haven't had to make a claim so I can't comment on that experience.
