Insure n Go Travel Insurance Review

I spoke to a customer service representative >name removed<, who knew the product I was interested in, travel insurance. An email was forwarded promptly and after requesting a phone call, once I decided to proceed, was also done promptly. Thankyou

Do not use this insurance. We were only going domestic but I felt we should have insurance. Our flight was cancelled by the airline as we were boarding another flight. So I immediately rang the insurance line and explained to them what they had sent us.The lady told us we were covered and to find accommodation and submit a claim.So we did. We found accommodation when we got to Sydney (which was not cheap) but the cheapest we could find as no one had any rooms left. It has now been 4 weeks since I lodged the claim and they rejected it due to one word "Operational reasons". This is why we had insurance. They wouldn't return calls when we rang them stating they would. As operational is not in their wording its not covered. I would never recommend this company

Quick response by your staff when claim lodged, competitive price for insurance compared to other companies. Will use again.

Everything straight forward, only other comment I have insured with insureandgo many times, and I have to re submit my pre-existing conditions each time, it would be easier if my information was retained

It is easy to buy insurance but the real criteria is when a claim is made. We were forced to cancel airfares and cruise when my wife was diagnosed with breast cancer. Insure and Go assisted me with the preparation of the claim and once submitted they let me know where the claim was in their process. The claim was finalised in about 3 weeks.<br/>Their customer service was excellent in a very traumatic time. Thank you

if you encounter thieves, even if you have a police report, every process in the insurance claim takes two weeks for them to implement their so called case investigation.So far I have wasted a whole year and unfortunately I have a feeling that they wish you to give up. They should stop running and ruin people's life like this. Awful service.

I had for years my travel insurance booked through InsureandGo but this year was the first time that I had to claim a cancelled flight and damaged goods and it was a long and difficult process and not easy at all as you advertise! So no InsureandGo for me anymore!

AA cancelled our flight without notice, we missed a connecting flight across USA, we paid for re-ticketing and extra accommodation.

I spent a week to find a travel insurance company before my trip, I called their costumer Centre and asked all my questions before applying! What I was told on the phone was different to what I was got when I did my claim after my travel! <br/>I’ve been had the worse experience ever!! Not recommonded to anyone Andy I will tell people to not use them at all!

I am a repeat customer due to the excellent service I get when I call. Very easy and quick which is an added bonus.

I'm satisfied with the cover, though the cost is high, This is ridiculous requiring 20 words before I can submit this. I was tempted to forget completing this survey.
