Insure & Go Travel Insurance Review

Have been insuring with you for sometime now on recommendation originally by Canstar. Do all our travel insurance with you as your help desk and staff are fabulous, clear and concise with their diction and attitude to seniors. Nothing has been too much trouble for the people who have helped me decide which policy I need. Have not had to claim and hope never to need to. But am sure your service will be the same.

Value for money insurance. We had a group of 6 cruising. Best value insurance I could find on the net. Had to make a claim when returning to Sydney- simple online process and refund within the week. Will definitely be using insureandgo next holidays!

The consultant I dealt with was great, but I didn't receive my claim payment until weeks after I was told it would be paid. Too slow and very frustrating

Easy to organise online even though I have type II diabetes and arthritis - both controlled under a doctors care. InsureandGo included them with no problem. Will use them again.

Easy access with reasonable pricing. A much needed Insurance site for cruising particularly when in Australia waters. Other companies do not cover this.

The claim went through without any problems. The Claims officer was very polite when we spoke over the phone and any email sent to me was very informative and simple to read. The claim was paid without any problems and to my satisfaction.

My wife and I are in our seventies and I have several pre-existing medical problems. Excellent coverage was available without fuss, albeit for extra fees, but this was completely acceptable.

Very simple & clear, with the 3 x policy levels on one page, with all benefits indicated in an easy to read layout. No jargon. Awesome!

Have used I&G on two occasions on the first had to cancel holiday due to health reasons. Submitted claim which was accepted and paid promptly. Staff involved in the claim process very understanding and sympathetic.<br/>Second occasion is for a current trip. I entered an incorrect date on my application and when I contacted I&G to inform them of the error they cancelled my policy issued a new one and refunded me the difference. Staff member assisting very polite and helpful. Based on my experience I have no hesitation in recommending for travel insurance. Another plus was the additional premium for pre-existing health issues which was lower than other insurers.

With so many awards this is a good and trusted insurance and exceptionally priced my family of 5 has used insureandgo for 3 trips to the USA now
