Insure and go top tier coverage does not cover natural disaster. This means anything even slightly resembling natural disaster they will knock back the claim. This has been a very expensive experience and the claims process is extraordinarily long. Poorly run company who prey on the people they are meant to provide protection for.

For a minor claim of $456 a doctor's fee from Thailand, all the paperwork was supplied, but it still took over a month to approve and some of the paperwork asked for was not at all relevant to verify the claim. I felt they were delaying the claim as much as possible. i am glad it was only a small claim i wont use them again

No service when I made a claim.Still waiting months later.Travel company paid their share and Insure and Go are querying medical records that have nothing to do with a fall that stopped me travelling.I have used them before but never made a claim!!!

My wife had serious stomach pain when on holiday in Spain during March 2023. We called InsureandGo on a Saturday. The call was picked up and we were referred to the main claims number. We called this number many times and no one replied. We eventually made our way to the general hospital in Malaga and my wife was treated there, with further treatment when we arrived back in the UK.

Stayaway!! This travel insurance is not worth the paper it's written on<br/><br/>Airline cancelled my fight and I had to purchase an alternative flights and loge a claim with InsureandGo to claim the price difference.<br/><br/>InsureandGo refused my claim saying if airline cancelled a flight then it’s not covered in their policy.. what a joke.. and yet they keep selling this in name of “travel insurance” !!!.. buyer be aware.. stayaway from InsureandGo

Insure and Go quite happily took a £2,500+ travel insurance premium from my grandmother, however, when she fell ill and sadly passed away in Panama a few weeks ago they provided zero support or assistance - and still to this day! As you can imagine the hospital and repatriation costs have been significant with the family having to foot the bill, meanwhile insureandGo have just stalled throughout the process with terrible customer service. This experience has only added undue stress for the family when grieving the lost of our grandmother/mother/wife.

Have used INSUREANDGO for several years for annual multi trip as well as single trips including cruising! Found pricing to be good and have only made one claim. It was handled professionally and claim settled in no time!

My husband and I both have pre existing medical conditions and have never been refused coverage with Insure and Go for all our conditions. I had to claim due to Covid related cancellations and all my travel expenses were covered and I even had an option to put the insurance policy into credit to use at later date as we were able to put all our travel plans on hold until we could travel again. Very easy to deal with , great customer service. I always feel confident in my travel insurance when covered with insure and GO. Highly recommend.
