Insure n Go Travel Insurance Review

Got this cover because it has very good cover for my travel needs at a reasonable price. Also helped by having a discount voucher plus getting discount for couples.

It was traumatic when I fractured my pelvis in Amsterdam but dealing with Insure and Go eased the pain and financial issues

They take your money for a premium and when you claim they want to have nothing to do with you. In my experience only representation to the Australian Financial Complaints Authority did anything.

My Insurance was entered incorrectly when I purchased it. I was then never given any forms or proof of insurance documents . When I needed to make a claim, it had to be found manually by an employee as it was incorrectly inputted. I was then thrown back and fourth and told different things via numerous consultants. Terrible process and customer service and will never use again.

Chose In & Go because of positive reviews, easy to read product disclosure. Web site was easily navigated. Online application process was flawless, great user interface. Hope I never have to make a claim, although I hold an expectation that process is the same as the application process.

I made numerous inquiries in relation to travel insurance, and I found that the one the gave the best value for money and is recommended by other is insureanGo. Questions were direct and easy to understand, my age was a considered, I think, which is only reasonable given that at the time of travel I will be 75 and If I continue may regular exercise pattern still will have no health problems

I am a mature aged person in good health, maintain a healthy life style ie swimming, walking, bike riding or gym work, one of this items each day of the week where practicable. I enjoy travelling, internally in Australia and overseas. When you reach a certain age, one of the Travel Insurance companies require a full medical without going into my medical history, basically they did not want to insure me owing to my age. I consulted my GP (Doctor) and he his opinion I am right to go, by the way I am 74 years young, married with three children and five grandchildren, the later keep me young in mind and activities.

Have made a claim with them and they paid up promptly when we provided the right documents.<br/>That's why we are using them for our next trip!
