Insure n Go Travel Insurance Review

I have found that Insure And Go are a long way ahead of other insurers when it comes to insuring older people.

Awesome, some insurance policy wont insure people over 70 years old. The details of cover are excellent, and the over all cost excellent.

I I have been insured with the above compan for more than 6 years taking out their yearly gold policy without a claim. In October I travelled to Brazil and Colombia via Santiago. All went well until stopping in Santiago on my way home my suitcase didn't arrive from Bogota. I notified the hotel and also rang insure and go to advise my case had not turned up, They advised me to go out and spend up to $700 to buy replacement items. However at that time there was civil unrest in the streets and I decided not to venture out alone to buy anything and used what I was wearing. I arrived home no case until 5 days after I reported it missing. It arrived on a Saturday morning and I notified the company that half of the contents were missing. They wanted to have proof of what I had in the case and receipts. As these items were my clothes of a couple of years of course I had no receipts. They made me jump through hoops and there offices are in the Phillipines whom it was very difficult to communicate with, it was such a modest sum I was claiming their customer service was terrible seeing I didn't even take advantage of their advice to replace clothes in Santiago.<br/>Anyhow could go on about the way I was treated, so Im voting with my feet and going else where. I am a senior citizen and do expect to be treated as a cheat.

A company who makes it easy to insure and claim. Be honest to them and they will provide support and come through.

As a member of Choice I did all the comparisons and still Insure And Go camp up trumps at every turn. This was such a pleasant surprise and the reason I took out their Travel Insurance.

Very easy to navigate and easy to complete the proposal online. We have just taken out our 4th policy with Insurandgo

I wouldn't use any other Travel Insurance company. Claims were handled quickly and efficiently and they were very helpful. I have used them for my last 10 cruises.

Would have been 10 but there are places that one goes on a tour only for a day or so (Zimbabwe) that are not insurable - this could drive people to other sites.

It was so easy to get the insurance, even with the health problems my hysband an I have. It also was the cheapest I found, still covering us for what we needed. Will definitely go through them again next time.

I always use Insure and Go insurance when travelling overseas. They cover all my pre existing conditions at a reasonable extra cost to the basic premium. Having my pre existing conditions covered gives me reassurance that I will be taken care of should anything unexpected happen. The Gold cover is the best, offering a high level of insurance coverage for many things. Excess is low. My claims experiences have been fast and efficient processes. Staff are always friendly, helpful and easy to deal with. I recommend getting a quote from Insure and Go should you require travel insurance and have pre existing conditions. It's better to be covered than not, just in case.

I have insured with Insure and Go on several occasions now and have been happy with the process. So far have not had a claim.
