Insure n Go Travel Insurance Review

We had prompt organised response to our request for a trip in November 2020, with low premium for 2 Senior travellers

I have used InsureandGo on several occasions predominately for Cruise Cover and have found them good to deal with with pleasant telephone staff who have handled all my business with efficiency and any claims I have made have been similarly handled. I believe they provide value for money insurance.

I will never use insure and go again as apparently I should have seen an alert about no cover for coronavirus after 3.30 pm Adelaide time on the 31st January. I booked at 4.06 pm Adelaide time on that day and I’m sorry but there defiantly was no advice on this when I booked online.

I found insure and go very easy to get a quote. I then got the insurance that I needed at a very competitive price. I have used insure and go before and very happy with them.

Matter of false 'Good for 30 day' claim currently with AFCA and the ACCC.<br/><br/>Insurance & Go have already ackowledged hat if a premium increase does come through in that 30 day window, the the premium does increase, so how can the original quote be 'Good for 30 days'?<br/><br/>They can explain that to AFCA & the ACCC.

Initial purchase was super easy and cheaper than everyone else. When I had to add an additional 2 days to the policy after I bought it, it was no problem.

I have had insure and go several times and have always told friends that were traveling to buy and on the occasion have done the insurance for them so far touch wood we haven't had to make a claim and I'm sure that will be the difference from other insurance companies. Hope I don't have to use that part of the service however anyone that travels especially to overseas countries if they don't have insurance they are definitely doing the wrong thing. I hate buying insurance but it is a very necessary thing to have especially in this day and age when anything could happen. Cheers thanks for looking after me.

were unable to claim cancelling trip. but could go and get the crona virus- then they would cover us.only good thing they refunded money for policy. big deal
